"One piece of advice that my grandfather gave to my father who passed it down to me is to find a mechanic you trust. For me, Jeff at Family auto is that mechanic. I have exclusively used Family Auto Clinic for all vehicle maintenance and repair needs for the past six years. Jeff is honest, transparent, fair and delivers the highest quality work. I trust him implicitly as I know he consistently offers advice that is in the best interest of the customer. Recently my father-in-law, had a car issue but urgently needed to drive 6 hours. Jeff checked his car and assured him he could make the trip and even gave him notes to offer his home mechanic, rather insist the he get the work done immediately so that he could make the sale. My father-in-law was able confidently make the drive knowing that the noise he was hearing was not causing long-term damage. Another time Jeff was working on my car and it was not ready when I needed to pick-up my three year old daughter from camp, Jeff offered that I use his personal vehicle because he had a car seat installed and an uber would not. I was able to pick-up my daughter in time and return to a completely fixed car. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone seeking a go-to mechanic."
